Aquatic Emergency Rescue System

The Water Rescue Emergency Response System adopts a hybrid Client/Server (C/S) and Browser/Server (B/S) multi-layered architecture, integrating all subsystems—including the Aerial Patrol System, Water Rescue System, Operational Platform AI Safety Alert System, Drowning Prevention Monitoring System for Rescuers, and Alarm Interconnection Mechanism—into a unified platform. This design meets comprehensive water-based emergency response requirements while significantly reducing operational complexity and enhancing administrative efficiency. Frontend rescue equipment comprises AI water cameras, rescue drones, surface rescue robots, watercraft, smart GPS distress beacons, helipads, solar charging panels, and other components, forming an integrated air-surface rescue network tailored to diverse maritime scenarios. Widely applicable across flood disaster relief, coastal safety assurance, waterway management, firefighting, traffic command, border patrol, emergency management, military operations, and large-scale event security.

Application Modes

① Network-Adaptive Deployment: Based on network availability, select a combination of public and private networks. Upon arrival at the scene, frontline personnel activate the On-Site Command Center and frontend rescue equipment (including AI-enabled smart cameras, water rescue robots, surface rescue vessels, drones, smart life jackets with location tracking/alarm capabilities, etc.). These frontend devices automatically interface with the On-Site Command Center, which in turn establishes connectivity with the Backend Remote Command Center.

② Real-Time Coordinated Rescue Operations: The frontline command post conducts real-time monitoring across all operational areas and executes automated resource allocation for rescue missions. Field data is transmitted back to the Backend Remote Command Center, enabling seamless video conferencing between the frontline team, the remote command center, or other command units. This architecture supports data-driven decision-making and ensures comprehensive situational awareness during operations.
