Just two days prior, a pulse-pounding rescue unfolded on the Yangtze River in Wanzhou—simulated chaos erupted as thick smoke billowed from a roll-on/roll-off vessel, with actors plunging into the churning waters. Under the coordination of the District Committee’s Politico-Legal Affairs Committee, multiple agencies including Changhang Public Security, Water Police Detachment, Maritime Affairs Office, Fire Rescue, and Tianma Rescue Team rallied instantly.
